A resolution of the City Council granting a variance from Chapter 15.40 of the City’s Sign Code for the property located at 202 SE 4th Street to allow the removal and replacement of a freestanding pole sign with an animated sign which is currently prohibited. (Resolution not approved – Vote of 1-6)
