Resolution relating to Special Improvement District No. 118; Declaring it to be the intention of the City Council to create the district for the purpose of undertaking the costs thereof and incidental thereto through the issuance of Special Improvement District bonds secured by a district reserve account and the City’s Special Improvement District Revolving Fund; and establishing compliance with reimbursement bond regulations under the Internal Revenue Code.
