PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board and Laurel’s Zoning Commission will conduct three (3) public hearings on December 20^th, 2023.

Public Hearing for City of Laurel Zoning Ordinances

Public Hearing for the Yellowstone County Subdivision Regulations for the Laurel Planning Jurisdiction outside the City of Laurel city limits

The hearings are scheduled for 6 P.M., in the Laurel City Council Chambers at City Hall, 115 West 1st Street, Laurel, Montana, on Wednesday, December 20, 2023.

Public comment is encouraged and can be provided in person at the public hearing on December 20^th, 2023. Public comments can also be made via email to the Planning Director, or via letter to the Planning Department office at 115 West 1st Street Laurel, MT 59044.  Emails or letters of comments should be received by 4pm MST on December 20^th, 2023. Copies of the documentation and regulations are available for review upon request at the Planning Department office.
