JOB OPENING

The City of Laurel is now accepting applications for the following union positions:

(1) Maintenance Worker I

Compensation for all positions includes excellent benefits, plus a competitive starting hourly wage with an increase after successfully completing a 12-month probationary period;

Maintenance Worker I’s workweek is Thursday – Monday; 7 am – 3:30 pm, with a half-hour unpaid lunch. Starting wage is $17.57/hour (95% of 18.49). Driver license required. Pre-employment physical and drug screen will be required. Background checks will be performed prior to employment offer.
