JOB OPENING
The City of Laurel is now accepting applications for the following union positions:
(1) Utility Maintenance Worker II
Compensation for all positions includes excellent benefits, plus a competitive starting hourly wage with an increase after successfully completing a 12-month probationary period;
Utility Worker II’s workweek is Monday through Friday; Hours 7 am – 3:30 pm, with half-hour unpaid lunch. Starting wage is $23.95/hour (95% of $25.21). Commercial Driver License Class B required with air brakes endorsement. Pre-employment physical and drug screen will be required. Background checks will be performed prior to employment offer. Must be able to obtain a Montana Department of Environmental Quality water distribution certification within one year of start date.
