Description:
Currently, stormwater is directed to the southeast side where it enters a culvert and runs underneath the refinery. Complete a stormwater master plan for South Side so that those streets can be addressed, as the goal is to get rid of all the culverts. A drone will be used to survey the land and see where the water wants to go. Also, address impacts of the Italian Drain and the Laurel Drain in the area.
Timeline:
Desire study to be completed by end of 2021.
